In Training Company the highest rank a cadet can reach to is W.O.1 (Cadet RSM).
This i not reached very often but all cadets have the opportunity to gain promotion in their time with the company.
All cadets start with the rank of private, and any promotions gained of Sergeant and above allowed to keep the rank of
Lance Corporal when they reach the age to go to Junior Company (Ages 11-13).
